Every IBE extension experience is fully customized to the individual. Pricing is determined by your desired length, density, and the number of rows needed to create a seamless, natural result. Rather than guessing, all new extension guests begin with an in-person consultation. During this appointment, we’ll assess your hair, talk through your goals, and create a personalized design plan so you understand the exact investment before moving forward. The consultation fee is applied toward your installation appointment. Once your plan is finalized, a retainer is required to secure your extension hair and reserve your installation date. This intentional first step ensures your experience feels clear, elevated, and aligned from the very beginning.

Step One: In-Person Consultation Your extension experience begins with an in-person consultation. During this appointment, we’ll assess your natural hair, discuss your goals, determine the appropriate number of rows, and review your personalized investment. If we decide to move forward, your installation appointment will be scheduled at that time. A non-refundable retainer of 35% of your total service investment is required to reserve your extension hair and secure your installation date. This retainer is applied toward your final balance. Step Two: Custom Color + Installation Plan Your installation day is intentionally structured based on your individual needs. If only minimal color refinement is needed, your color and extension installation may be completed within the same appointment to maintain a seamless flow and stay within a five-hour window. If dimensional color is desired, your custom color service will be completed first, followed by your extension installation at a separate appointment. This approach allows for greater precision, depth, and longevity — ensuring the most seamless, elevated result possible without rushing the artistry. When scheduled separately, each service receives the focused time and attention it deserves, allowing your final result to feel effortless, cohesive, and beautifully refined. Step Three: Installation + Finishing Details Your Invisible Bead Extensions are placed with precision and intention. I then refine the blend, complete a detailed cut, and guide you through personalized styling and home care so you feel confident maintaining your extensions between visits. All new install services include a curated home care kit with the essential products needed to protect the integrity and longevity of your hair. Maintenance appointments are typically scheduled every 7–10 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth and density. Most guests return around the nine-week mark to maintain optimal balance and comfort. During your maintenance visit, your extension rows are carefully removed so I can assess natural shedding, scalp health, and overall integrity of your hair. This step allows us to monitor long-term health and ensures your extensions continue to support — not compromise — your natural hair. After assessment, your extensions are reinstalled with precision. Your appointment includes a shampoo, conditioning masque, blow-dry, and finished style. Maintenance appointments typically require approximately 1 hr and 15mns hour per row, with an additional 45-60 minutes for cleansing and styling. Color refinement may be recommended periodically to maintain a seamless blend and dimensional tone. If needed, color services can be added to your maintenance appointment and are priced separately.
