​​​Cancellations + Rescheduling Policy​
Your appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. Last-minute changes impact the flow of the day and other guests waiting for availability.
Life happens — family needs, illness, and unexpected situations are real and can look different for everyone. This policy creates clarity and mutual respect around our time together.

48-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Extension Appointments
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve extension services and is applied to your final total.

If an emergency arises, please communicate as soon as possible. Thank you for honoring the time reserved for you.
Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy
Your experience matters to me. Within 72 hours of your appointment, I personally reach out to ensure you’re still loving your hair at home.
If you feel any adjustments are needed to your hair color, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment so we can refine it. After 7 days, adjustments are considered a new appointment.
Every service begins with a thorough consultation where we discuss goals, expectations, and, when necessary, a multi-visit plan. When achieving your desired result requires more than one session, this is part of the process and not considered a redo.
If something feels off, please communicate with me. My goal is always for you to leave feeling confident and cared for.
Extension Services
Due to the custom nature of extension services, refunds are not offered once hair has been installed.
If there is a concern regarding the color or cut of your extensions, please notify me within 7 days of your installation appointment so adjustments can be made at no additional charge. Once extensions have been installed, the hair itself is non-refundable.

Booking Policy
If you have not seen me for 9 months or more, please click over to the "New Clients" page as we will need to reconnect and do an extended consultation to revaluate your hair goals and ensure we have ample time to revamp your look!
All New Clients need a valid credit card on file to hold appointment times.
